Privacy policy
Last updated: 3 March 2026
This page explains what CF35 Data collects when you visit this website or subscribe to our email list, and what we do with it. We keep this short on purpose. If something here is unclear, write to us at hello@cf35.net and we will answer directly.
What we collect on this website
This site does not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts. We do not use cookies to track you across visits. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting, and these logs are kept for 30 days before automatic deletion.
What we collect on the email list
If you subscribe to receive new articles by email, we store your email address and the date you subscribed. We use this only to send you new articles and occasional short updates about CF35 Data. We do not sell, rent, or share this list with anyone.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes your address from our list immediately and permanently. You can also email list@cf35.net to be removed by hand.
What we collect through the contact form
Messages sent through the contact page or by email include whatever you choose to write, plus your name and email address if provided. We use this only to reply to you, and we delete contact messages after two years unless they relate to an ongoing client relationship.
Where data is stored
Email list data is held with our email service provider, and website server logs are held by our hosting provider. Both are located within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar protections, you can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send that request to hello@cf35.net and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data in a way that matters, we will update this page and note the new date at the top. We will not make a material change and stay quiet about it.
